Magna Academy and Magna PTFA were delighted to welcome members of our academy and wider community to our Festive Friday fete and celebrations. It was great to see so many fantastic stall holders with quality Christmas gifts and we especially welcome those who were part of the Association of Residents of Canford Heath.
The event would not have been able to run without the support of fabulous students who ran many games and stalls. We thank our teaching and academy staff for supporting the event with special thanks going to Miss Munro, Mr Meliville Hawkins, Mrs Giles, Mrs Webb, Mr Fawcett, Mrs Caples, Mr Tucker and the site team.
However, we are most grateful to Denise, Jacqui, Kara and Sharon from our dedicated PTFA committee who were the driving force behind Festive Friday and who organised the event so brilliantly. The event raised £1000 for projects to be run in the academy to benefit our students.
