The Media Studies/Computer Science Department is pleased to announce the winner of our recent Stop Motion Animation House Competition. We received lots of fantastic animations for the Stop Motion Animation Challenge, including some inventive Lego work, animated fruits, and plasticine. It was great to see our students trying something new and putting their creative and technical skills together to come up with interesting and diverse movies – how truly fantastic!
The winning entry came from Lily in Year 7, who will be awarded a cinema ticket for herself and 1 friend. Once more, well done! The entry was very different and well-executed. The shot scenes featured very good editing skills too.
Thank you to all students who submitted an animation, and we loved watching them all. It was really hard to select finalists as there were so many brilliant ideas sent in!
