April is Stress Awareness Month in the UK. To mark this, the Mental Health Support Team in Schools has produced a really helpful document, “What To Do When You Feel Stressed”. KOOTH.COM
Free, safe, online counselling with qualified therapists until 10:00pm at night. This service has been commissioned by the Borough of Poole and Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group and is supported by CAMHS.
