We are delighted that The Premier League Inspires project is delivering a block of personal development sessions to boost pastoral attainment and teamwork skills at Magna Academy. The sessions focus on key themes such as managing behaviour, communication, teamwork, benefits of exercise and healthy habits, managing emotions and improving confidence.
AFC Bournemouth has noticed underrepresentation across a number of different protected characteristics. In line with the club’s Ethnic Diversity Strategy, Magna Academy are also working together with the Premier League to tackle this and aim to make football and education a more diverse and inclusive space.
